The cemetery tells us that there are many oak trees in Solano County. The oak trees there are evergreen. This means that they stay green all year long.  They like them because the leaves don’t fall off. The cemetery likes evergreen trees because they don’t look bare in winter.  They planted trees so that it can be shady and nice and cool. It is good to have beautiful trees in a cemetery. This is so it doesn’t look too dead.
